Authorized enterprise use

NENS ONE is an enterprise operations platform intended for authorized users of participating NENS organizations and approved business environments. Access may be limited by role, organization, employment status, contractual relationship, device, region, or administrator policy.

Your account

Keep account credentials secure and use only the identity and permissions assigned to you. You are responsible for activity performed through your account where permitted by applicable law and organizational policy.

Business information

Users must only create, upload, view, share, approve, export, or process information they are authorized to handle. Records created in NENS ONE may form part of an organization's operational, accounting, employment, logistics, commercial, security, or audit records.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions, interfere with security controls, misuse other users' data, disrupt the service, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

Features may be changed, added, restricted, suspended, or retired as the platform develops or as organizational requirements change. Planned maintenance or external service dependencies may temporarily affect availability.

Privacy

Use of NENS ONE is also subject to the NENS ONE Privacy Policy and applicable organizational policies.
